Prospering Branch, LLC Sales and Returns Policy

Sale of Goods

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our Site.

The following goods are available on our Site: Manufactured or created goods including but not limited to 3D prints, resin, Artisan creations, handmade crafts, and fine art pieces.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order at our discretion. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, you will receive a refund equal to the amount you paid for that item or order. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

· Other payment as agreed upon in writing

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen. By providing the Site with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase goods from the Site, the goods will be delivered through on of the following methods:

· Local pickup in Graham, TX

· Shipping within the Continental United States via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other verified carrier

· Other delivery options as agreed upon in writing

For local pickup, Prospering Branch, LLC will notify the buyer that their order is ready in writing, along with pick up location and time options. The order must be picked up by buyer within 2 weeks of Prospering Branch, LLC notifying the seller that the order is ready. For shipped orders, Prospering Branch, LLC will notify the buyer that their order has shipped in writing, along with tracking information when available and any delivery estimates provided by the carrier. Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and holidays.

You will be required to pay shipping or delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.

You are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient at the time your order is placed. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are not available, except in extreme cases and at the sole discretion of Prospering Branch, LLC. An Exchange for store credit or a replacement item will be considered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Exchange requests must be made in writing within 2 days of receipt of your goods. Pictures are strongly encouraged to verify compliance with this policy.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

· Broken upon receipt;

· Does not match order;

· Varies significantly from the Site description;

· Is the wrong size;

Exchanges do not apply to the following goods:

· Commissioned art pieces

· Custom orders

· 3D Print Service Only orders

· Sale or discounted items

· Any item marked “Final Sale” or “No Returns”

Returns

Returns can be made by mail or local drop off.

To return good by mail, follow the following procedure: After receiving return approval from the Seller, pack the item securely with a printed copy of return approval email inside the package. Take package to the carrier of your choice and pay the necessary shipping fee. You must send Prospering Branch, LLC a copy of shipping receipt, including date, carrier, and tracking information.

To return a good by local drop off: After receiving return approval from the Seller, pack the item securely with a printed copy of return approval email inside the package. Take the package to the location and time(s) specified in the return approval email. Package must be handed directly to a representative of Prospering Branch, LLC, not left at the location unattended.
